We all need something to give us a good shake at times.
When s_ _ t happens, or you have let yourself go, the easiest is to spend all your time in bed watching Netflix. If you haven’t resigned to being fat and ugly for the rest of your life, a shake is what you need. And I don’t mean the McCafé® Vanilla Shake.

The truth is that if you are not ready or you just don’t want it, nothing will work. To get out of a crap lazy situation that makes you more unhappy, you have to want it!

Let me tell you what happened. After the break up with my boyfriend, I moved back to London, and I was feeling lost. During the time we were together, I had already got into the lazy habits of missing the gym and spending lots of time on the sofa.
Suddenly, I was on my own, and giving up on myself for good seemed natural.

As I was not ready to become ’something’ I don’t want, I had to do something, but didn’t know where to start. One day I saw this online:

“I am 33 years old, have recently gone through a divorce, lost my job, my house, and am in the process of putting my life back together. Despite losing so much, I have decided to use this time to perfect myself as a man.”

Anyone else would drink themselves into oblivion, rob a bank, or just give up on life. Nope. He is taking a bad situation as an opportunity and a challenge. Life has stricken him right on the ground, but he is getting back up, and going to kick its ass.

The man is my hero. I decided that I want to see myself like him, and I am going to do something about it.

First of all, I googled things like “how to get rid of lazy habits”, “how to let go after a break up”… It seems all agreeing that after taking the time to grief, you should keep yourself busy and move on.
If it were that easy, everyone would do it. I am struggling to start doing anything. Well, the only things I feel like doing are those that make me look and feel better with no much physical effort.

I decided to create this video blog, where I am reviewing all the products treatments and things I get to pamper myself. Natural food remedies that may help Detox from the inside. A simple diet change works wonders to boost energy and humor.

I will also review free online services that help with body training and nutrition and anything else I find and try along the way. The Personal Trainer page will contribute with advice and suggestions and weekly ’lunch break’ training routines.
